How to use the forum?

• Use the forum to interact with our tutors and the members of the community regarding the listed categories.
• A tutor is marked with a green check next to the username.
• The listed categories are related to the available tutoring material sold by the company.
• Use the categorie ‘General’ to discuss anything else. Our tutors will be able to assist you for discussions related to software development.

Viewing a thread

• Use the button ‘view replies from tutors’ to only view the replies posted by the tutors.

• Use the button ‘View pinned replies’ to view the replies that have been pinned by the admins and the tutors for the corresponding threads.

• Use the button ‘Reply’ to post a reply on the corresponding thread. Each reply posted by your profile can be deleted, edited, liked and accepted. You can only accept the reply if you created the thread and a thread can only have one accepted reply.

• Use the button ‘Subscribe’ to receive a notification each time the corresponding thread receives a reply. You can subscribe to any thread on the platform. Your list of subscribed threads is visible under the tab ‘My Forum‘ of your dashboard.

• From the ‘My Forum’ tab, you can view your available threads, your saved threads, your subscriptions and your favorite items.

A public profile is available.

• The preview of the threads published on the platform by your profile, will be available under the your public profile.
• The public profile URL tied to your profile is available under the tab ‘Settings‘ of the dashboard.

• The button ‘Display the user profile picture’ allows you to display your user profile picture on your public profile. A sample public profile is shown in the below image.
