• After creating an account, you will have access to the dashboard as shown in the below image:

  • From the tutoring view, the listed group training can be ordered by clicking on the action button and then clicking on the submit training request button as shown below:
  • Individual training can be requested by sending an email to [email protected] or by using the below form and specifying the number of individual training requested. We will get back to you within 48 hours for scheduling an appointment and give you the instructions to proceed with the payment tied to your request.
  • After ordering the Group training, you can proceed with the training payment from the tab ‘your orders‘ with the appropriate payment information. The payment is securily processed through Stripe and you can learn more about the security of this system here.
  • Click on the button ‘Proceed with payment’ to view the payment instructions and enter the payment information.
  • After payment, your card information is saved for future payments and can be retrieved, updated or removed from the tab billing portal. You willl be requested to confirm your password before accessing the Stripe billing portal.
  • Your past orders can be viewed from the tab ‘completed orders’; and your past invoices can be viewed from the tab ‘Past invoices’ and from the billing portal as well.
  • What happens upon payment? Upon payment, the customer can access the training related information under the training portal of the web application. Please, read our article describing how to use the tutoring portal for more information.
